RESOLUTION NO. 1986 -154
RESOLUTION TO RESCIND SUNDAY PARKING RESTRICTION
RESOLVED, that Resolution 1986 -35 prohibiting stopping, standing,
or parking of a motor vehicle between the hours of 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM on
Sundays, along both sides of North Santa Cruz Avenue, is hereby rescinded
effective October 1, 1986.
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services is hereby
instructed to modify signs giving notice to the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos held on the 15th day of September
1986, by the following vote:
