PARKING PROHIBITION
UNION AVENUE
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -44, "Parking
Regulation ", the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby establish
the following traffic regulation:
STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING PROHIBITED
Stopping, standing, or parking of any vehicle AT ALL TIMES is hereby
prohibited on the west side of Union Avenue at 15531 as shown on the attached
Exhibit "A ".
Portions of any resolutions previously adopted that are in conflict
therewith are hereby rescinded.
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services is hereby
instructed to install appropriate signs and /or curb markings giving notice to
the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on 2nd day of September 1986 by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Benjamin, Eric D. Carlson Thomas J
Ferrito, Brent N. Ventura, and Mayor Terrence J. Daily
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
