A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO THE
LETTER OF AGREEMENT BETWEEEN TOWN OF LOS
GATOS AND DEBORAH SWARTFAGER
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby resolved by the Town Council of the Towj�
of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los
Gatos, enter into that Amendment to the Letter of agreement with the Town
Manager, a copy of which is attached hereto; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor is authorized and is hereby
directed to execute said agreement in the name of and in behalf of the Town of
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a _Laajj� meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California held on the 2nd day of September , 1986
by the following vote.

AMENDMENT TO
This AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into this 2nd day of
September 3 1986 and is effective as of the Ist day of July, 1986, by and
between TOWN OF LOS GATOS, a municipal corporation ("Town") and DEBORAH SWARTFAGER.
RECITALS:

WHEREAS, Town and Swartfager executed a Letter of Agreement on November 21
WHEREAS, the Town Council has completed a performance evaluation of
Swartfager AGREEMENT:
IT IS THEREFORE AGREED by the parties as follows:
1. The original Agreement is amended to read as follows.
"The salary shall be $60,483 as of July 1,
1986.
t. The terms and conditions of the original Agreement, except as herein
amended, shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Amendment to the Letter
of Agreement on the date written above, effective July 1, 1986.
