A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO THE
TOWN ATTORNEY EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEEN
TOWN OF LOS GATOS AND MARY JO LEVINGER
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby resolved by the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, County of of
Gatos enter into that Amendment to the Town Attorney Employment Agreement with
Mary Jo Levinger, a copy of which is attached hereto; and
directed to execute said agreement in the name of and in behalf of the Town of
Los Gatos.

AMENDMENT TO

This AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into this 2nd day of
September 1986 and is effective as of the 1st day of July, 1986, by and
between TOWN OF LOS GATOS, a municipal corporation ( "Town ") and MARY JO LEVINGER
( "Levinger ").
RECITALS:
Town executed a Town Attorney Employment
November 9 1983, Town Attorney i t Agreement August
6, 1984 and on Jane 17, 1985.
WHEREAS, the Town Council has completed a performance evaluation of Levinger.
