RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH VERTICAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, INC.
FOR PROCESSING OF PARKING CITATIONS
The Town council of Los Gatos hereby RESOLVES that the
Town Manager is authorized to execute the attached agreement
with the VERTICAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED for the
processing of Los Gatos parking citations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE TOWN
COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS THIS 2ND day of SEPTEMBER
1986, by the following votes:
