A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
FIXING BOND SERVICE TAX RATES FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1986 -87
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos that tax rates
for fiscal year 1986 -87 for bond services upon each $100 of
cash valuation of property within the Town are hereby fixed
as follows:
ROLL A
1965 Park Bond Interest
and redemption .0034
The Town Clerk shall immediately transmit to the County Controller
of Santa Clara County a statement of the rates fixed.
This resolution shall be published once within fifteen (15)
days of its adoption in the Los Gatos Weekly, a newspaper of
general circulation, pursuant to Section 36936.1 of the
Government Code of the State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 4th day of August, 1986,
by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Thomas J. Ferrito, Brent N. Ventura and
_Mayor Terrence J. Daily
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Benjamin and Eric D. Carlson.
