A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO LEASE AGREEMENTS WITH NEIGHBORHOOD
CENTER TENANTS
WHEREAS, TOWN owns the Downtown Neighborhood Center (Center) located at 208
E. Main Street, Los Gatos, CA. 95030, and wishes to lease space in it to non - profit
community service organizations that will assist the Town in serving the needs
of its residents; and,
WHEREAS, The Center's primary use (no less than 51 %) is to benefit low and
moderate income senior citizens; and,
WHEREAS, Tenant desires to use space in the Center for the purpose of serving
low and moderate income senior citizens.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Town Council does hereby authorize the Town
Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with the following
agencies:
SAN JOSE STATE UNIVERSITY HEALTH PLACE
SENIOR COORDINATING COUNCIL
THE TEEN HEALTH PLACE, INC.
TRANSIT ASSIST
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
CALIFORNIA, at a regular meeting held this 7th day of
July , 1986, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS Joanne Benjamin, Eric D.
Carlson, Thomas J. Ferrito, Brent N. Ventura,
and Mayor Terrence J. Daily
