1986-075-Amending Resolution Declaring Work Periods Under The Federal Fair Labor Standards ActRESOLUTION NO. 1986 -75 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION DECLARING WORK PERIODS UNDER THE FEDERAL FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT WHEREAS; the Town Council declared work periods required by the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) by Resolution No. 1985 -731 on August 19, 1985; WHEREAS, the Federal Government passed legislation in November, 1985 delaying implementation of FLSA until April 15, 1986; WHEREAS, the Town Council is now desirous of amending the declared work periods with an effective date of April 15, 1986; IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby declare the following work periods: Elected Officials Exempt Management Personnel Exempt Non - Management Sworn (Police) Personnel: Patrol Officers Personnel & Training Officer Drinking Driver Enforcement Sergeants Detectives All Other Town Employees 24 Day Work Period /147 Hours 7 Day Work Period/ 40 Hours Officer 7 Day Work Period/ 40 Hours 7 Day Work Period/ 40 Hours 7 Day Work Period/ 40 Hours 7 Day Work Period/ 40 Hours PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 2nd day of June 1986, by the following vote: AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Beniamin Brent N Ventura and _ Mayor Terrence J.
