WHEREAS: 1. Barbara Johnson, on behalf of Old National Financial Services, Inc., has appealed a decision of the Planning Commission as follows: denial of request for approval of certificate of compliance on two lots located in the R- 1:20,000 zone on property located at 17101 Los Robles Way (Subdivision Application M- 79 -17A), 2. Based on the foregoing findings the appeal is hereby granted and a Certificate of Compliance shall issue subject to the following conditions: a. A minimum 10 foot wide sanitary sewer easement shall be dedicated to the satisfaction of the Town Engineer. b. The applicant shall guarantee by contract and bond, the installation of the following improvement, to the satisfaction of the Town Engineer. c.
