RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
A JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT FOR INTERGOVERNMENTAL
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SERVICE
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos is a member of the Employee Relations
Service;
WHEREAS, the Employee Relations Service has requested amendment to the
Joint Powers Agreement providing for ERS;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Council authorized the Town
Manager to execute the amended Joint Powers Agreement for
Intergovernmental Employee Relations Service.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
California at a regular meeting held the 7th day of April, 1986 by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS Joanne Benjamin, Eric D. Carlson, Thomas J.
Ferrito, Brent N. Ventura, and Mayor
Terrence J. Daily
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS None
