PARKING RESTRICTION - NORTH SANTA CRUZ AVENUE
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -47
"Parking Regulation ", the Town Council of the Los Gatos does hereby establish
the following traffic regulations:
STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING PROHIBITED
Stopping, standing, or parking of a motor vehicle between the hours of
2:00 PM and 7:00 PM on SUNDAYS AND TOWN HOLIDAYS is hereby prohibited along both
sides of North Santa Cruz Avenue between West Main Street and Bachman Avenue.
Portions of any resolutions previously adopted that are in conflict
therewith are hereby rescinded.
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services is hereby
instructed to install appropriate signs and /or curb markings giving notice to
the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos held on the 17th day of March 1986, by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: Joanne Benjamin, Eric D. Carlson, Thomas
J. Ferrito, Brent N. Ventura, and
Mayor Terrence J. Daily
