A RESOLUTION AU'T'HORIZING THE ACTING TOWN MANAGER
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN AND
CRAWFORD AND COMPANY FOR CLAIMS ADJUSTING SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby resolved that the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos, California does hereby authorize and direct
the Acting Town Manager to execute a letter- agreement providing services
for claims adjusting services with the firm of Crawford and Company
in accordance with the attached documents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
at a regular meeting held this 16th day of December 1985,
by the following vote:

risk, itemized estimate detailing scope of loss
and cost to repair or replace damage. Agreement
as to coat to repair or replace is sought with
the owner or with contractor selected by owner.
Agreed Price Appraisal does not include
discussion of depreciation; cause and origin,
subrogation, coverge or settlement negotiations.
G. Agreed Price Appraisals applicable to all perils.
H. Schedule applicable to continental United States
and excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and
catastrophic situations.

This is to advise you that on December 16, 1985, the Town
Council authorized the acting Town manager to execute a
letter agreement with your company to provide claims service
during the above referenced period per your letter of
December 9, 1985 and attachments thereto. The Town will be
using your service on an as- needed basis to assist with the
adjustment of claims that may require additional experience
to evaluate.
If this arrangement is agreeable with you, please have an
