1985-175-Establishing Compensation For The Elected Duties Of Town ClerkRESOLUTION NO. 1985-175 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION FOR THE ELECTED DUTIES OF TOWN CLERK N911MM Section 2 -10.1 of the Town Code provides that the Town Council shall establish by resolution compensation for the position of Town Clerk; and WHEREAS: The Town Council desires to set the compensation for elected duties separately from the compensation for non - elected duties of the Town Clerk; IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: That the Town Council establishes the compensation for the Clerk for his /her elected duties to be inclusive of the following: 1. An annual salary of $15,000 per year; 2. A monthly automobile allowance of $75 per month; 3. Full payment of Town medical and dental insurance; 4. Participation in the Public Employees' Retirement System (at the discretion of the Clerk); and 5. Provision of office space in Town Hall. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 16th day of December 1985 by the following vote: AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS Joanne Benjamin, Thomas J.
