A RESOLUTION TERMINATING ANNEXATION PROCEEDINGS
OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY DESIGNATED AS TOP OF THE HILL ROAD NO. 4
ANNEXATION TO THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos Pursuant to Section
35150.5 of the Government Code initiated annexation proceedings of certain
uninhabited territory designated as Top of the Hill Road No. 4 Annexation by
adopting Resolution No. 1985 -152 on October 21, 1985;
WHEREAS, proceedings for the annexation were commenced pursuant to Article
2 (commencing with Section 35220) of Chapter 3 of the Government Code and;
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos wishes to include this
parcel in a larger annexation;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 35237 of the Government
Code the Top of the Hill Road No. 4 Annexation proceedings shall be terminated as of
the date of adoption of this resolution..
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is directed to file a
certified copy of this resolution with the Executive Officer of the Local Agency
Formation Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos held on the 2nd day Of December 1985 by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Benjamin Eric D. Carlson, Thomas
J. Ferrito, Brent N. Ventura, and Mayor Terrence J. Daily
