PARKINS RESTRICTION - CAPRI DRIVE
RESOLVED:
That pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -47, "Parking
Regulation ", the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby establish the
following traffic regulations:
STOPPING, STANDING OR PARKING PROHIBITED
Stopping, standing, or parking of motor vehicle AT ALL TIMES
is hereby prohibited along a portion of the east side of Capri
Drive just north of Knowles Drive, as shown on the attached Ex-
hibit "A"
Portions of any Resolutions previously adopted that are in conflict
therewith are hereby rescinded. This Resolution shall become effective upon the
satisfactory completion of the installation of a Santa Clara County transit bus
shelter on the E. Main Street frontage of Town Hall, just east of Pageant Way.
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services is hereby
instructed to install appropriate signs and /or curb marking, giving notice to
the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos held on 18th day of November 1985
by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Benjamin Eric D. Carlson, Thomas J.
Ferrito, Brent N. Ventura and Mayor Terrence J. Daily,
