A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
AN AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE TOWN AND HUGHES, HEISS & ASSOCIATES FOR
TOWN MANAGER RECRUITMENT
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby resolved that the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos, California, does hereby authorize and direct
the Mayor to execute an amendment to the agreement dated June 3, 1985,
providing services for Town Manager recruitment, with the firm of
Hughes, Heiss & Associates (a copy of the amendment is attached hereto).
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos at
a regular meeting held this 4th day of November ,
1985, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS Eric D. Carlson, Terrence
J. Daily, Thomas J. Ferrito, Brent N.
Ventura, and Mayor Joanne Benjamin
