A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING THE DOWNTOWN SPECIFIC PLAT!
WITH RESPECT TO RELOCATION OF TRANSIT TERMINAL /BUS STATION
WHEREAS, under Government Code Section 65453, the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos conducted a public hearing for consideration of an amendment to the
Downtown Specific Plan on October 21, 1985.
RESOLVED: The Town Council finds that the amendment will not have a significant
impact on the environment as determined in the negative declaration made by the Town
Council on June 3, 1985.
FURTHER RESOLVED: The Town Council finds that the amendment is consistent with
the Los Gatos General Plan.
FURTHER RESOLVED: Section V. Circulation and Transportation, Inplementation
Section D. Downtown Transit Terminal /Bus Station is amended to read as follows:
The Town -owned lot, south of the Post Office, is designated as the Downtown
Transit Terminal /Bus Station. The Town will continue its efforts to provide a
combined facility to serve all the public and private transit systems and
include automobile and bicycle parking.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos at
a regular meeting held on the 4th day of November 1985,
