A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF HOUSING
ASSISTANCE PLAN TO HUD
WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban Development require the
preparation and submittal of a Housing Assistance Plan (HAP)
as a condition of receiving Community Development Block Grant
funding; and
WHEREAS, the plan is required to be submitted every three years; and
WHEREAS, the HAP for the federal fiscal years FY 1985 -1986 through
FY 1987 -1988 has been prepared;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos does hereby authorize the submittal of the attached
Housing Assistance Plan.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS at a
ular meeting held this 16th day of September
1985, by the following vote:
