A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACTING TOWN MANAGER TO
NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH
DAVID M. GRIFFITH AND ASSOCIATES, LTD.
WHEREAS, SB -90 provides the Town with the authorization to seek reimburse-
ment for State - mandated costs; and
WHEREAS, the Acting Town Manager has determined that the current workload
does not provide Town staff with the ability to file under SB -90;
and
WHEREAS, the firm of David M. Griffith and Associates, Ltd, has the
expertise and experience to provide the services necessary to
assist the Town in filing for reimbursement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos does hereby authorize the Acting Town Manager to negotiate
and execute an agreement with David M. Griffith and Associates,
Ltd. for the provision of services in the filing of SB -90
reimbursements.
