A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION FOR
ACTING TOWN MANAGER
WHEREAS, the Town Council has appointed Nadine P. Levin as the Acting
Town Manager, effective July 1, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council recognizes the need to compensate Nadine P.
Levin for the duties of Acting Town Manager;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council does hereby set the
Acting Town Manager's compensation at $55,000 per year, plus all
other applicable benefits included in the Management Compensation
Plan, retroactive to July 1, 1985.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL of the Town of Los Gatos, California,
at a regular meeting held this 5th day of August
1985, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS Eric D. Carlson, Thomas
J. Ferrito and Mayor Joanne Benjamin
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS Terrence J. Daily, and
Brent N. Ventura
ABSTAIN: COUNCILMEMBERS None
