A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FIXING BOND
SERVICE TAX RATES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1985 -86
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos that tax rates
for fiscal year 1985 -1986 for bond services upon each $100 of cash valuation
of property within the Town are hereby fixed as follows:
ROLL A
1965 Park Bond Interest
and Redemption $.0049
The Town Clerk shall immediately transmit to the County Contoller of
Santa Clara County a statement of the rates fixed.
This resolution shall be published once within fifteen (15) days of its
adoption in the Los Gatos Weekly pursuant to Section 36936.1 of the Government
Code of the State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos held on the 5th day of August 1985, by
the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS Eric D. Carlson, Thomas J.
Ferrito, and Mayor Joanne Benjamin
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS Terrence J. Daily, and
Brent N. Ventura
