A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A VEHICULAR STOP ON
SPENCER AVENUE AT FERRIS AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby resolved by the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, that, in accordance with Section 16 -29 of the Los Gatos Town Code, "STOP
INTERSECTIONS AND THROUGH STREETS ", the Spencer Avenue approach of the intersection
of Spencer Avenue and Ferris Avenue is designated as one at which vehicles are
required to stop at all times.
Portions of any resolutions previously adopted that are in conflict therewith
are hereby rescinded.
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services is hereby instructed
to install appropriate signs and /or curb markings giving notice to the public of
this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on 5th day of August 1985 by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Eric D. Carlson, Thomas J. Ferrito, and
Mayor Joanne Benjamin
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS Terrence J. Daily, and Brent N. Ventura
