A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
LOS GATOS RESCINDING CERTAIN PRIOR RESOLUTIONS AND
ADOPTING SCHEDULES OF AUTHORIZED POSITIONS AND
SALARIES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1985-86
WHEREAS, the Los Gatos Town Council has adopted certain resolutions governing
authorized positions and salaries for Fiscal Year 1984-85; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council wishes to rescind those resolutions and adopt a new
resolution governing authorized positions and salaries for Fiscal Year
1985-86;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the
Town Council hereby rescinds prior Town Council resolutions authorizing
positions and salaries and hereby adopts as schedules of authorized positions
and salaries for Fiscal Year 1985-86 those schedules attached hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, California, at
a reqular meeting held this 12th day of jUn2_, 1985,
by the following vote:
