A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS
GATOS AMENDING THE JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS
AGREEMENT FOR THE SOUTH BAY COOPERATIVE LIBRARY SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Clara is serving as fiscal agent for the
South Bay Cooperative Library System; and
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Clara now desires to be relieved of that
responsibility;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos that it approves the System becoming its own fiscal agent.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos at a
re,guIar meeting held this 17th day of June ,
1985, by the following vote:
