A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO THE
TOWN ATTORNEY EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN
TOWN OF LOS GATOS AND MARY JO LEVINGER
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby resolved by the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town of
Los Gatos enter into that Amendment to the Town Attorney Employment Agreement
with Mary Jo Levinger, a copy of which is attached hereto; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized and is hereby directed
to execute said agreement in the name of and in behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California held on the 17th day of June 1985 by
the following vote:

AMENDMENT TO
TOWN ATTORNEY EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
This AGREEMENT is entered into this 17th day of June
1985 and is effective as of the 30th day of June, 1985, by and between
TOWN OF LOS GATOS, a municipal corporation ( "Town ") and MARY JO LEVINGER
( "Levinger ").
RECITALS:
1. Town and Levinger executed a Town Attorney Employment Agreement
on November 29, 1983 and an Amendment to Town Attorney Employment Agree-
ment on August 6, 1984.
2. The Town Council has completed a performance evaluation of
Levinger.
AGREEMENT:
In consideration of the foregoing recitals, and of their respective
promises herein, the parties agree as follows:
Section C -1 of the Agreement is amended to read as follows:
"The base salary shall be $58,984 as of June 30,
1985. Town will review said salary annually at the
time of the adoption of the budget."
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Amendment to the
Town Attorney Employment Agreement on the date written above.
