RESOLUTION NO. 1985 -82
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR
LEASE /PURCHASE OF FOUR (4) SPEED MONITORING DEVICES
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS HEREBY RESOLVES
that the Town Manager is authorized to execute an agreement with Kustom Electronics,
Inc., a Delaware Corporation, to purchase four (4) Kustom "Falcon" hand -held radar
units on a thirty -six (36) month lease /purchase and warranty /maintenance agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos this 20th day of May 1985, by the following
votes:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS Terrence J. Daily, Thomas J. Ferrito,
Brent N. Ventura, and Mayor Joanne Benjamin
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS None
