RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR
LEASE /PURCHASE OF MODEL 45/40 TELECOMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS HEREBY RESOLVES
that the Town Manager is authorized to execute an agreement with American Telephone
& Telegraph Information Systems to purchase Model 45/40 telecommunications system
equipment and associated support equipment on a sixty (60) month term plan including
maintenance and insurance.
