1985-076-Setting A Public Hearing For Consideration Of Establishing Underground Utility District 85-3, Project 320 Along North Santa Cruz Avenue (Blossom Hill Road To Andrews Street)RESOLUTION NO. 1985 -76 A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR CONSIDERATION OF ESTABLISHING UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT 85 -3, PROJECT 320 ALONG NORTH SANTA CRUZ AVENUE (BLOSSOM HILL ROAD TO ANDREWS STREET) WHEREAS, Article III of Chapter 32 (Sections 32 -14 through 32 -23) of the Los Gatos Town Code, provides procedures for the establishment of Underground Utility Districts and requires a public hearing for consideration of such district; and WHEREAS, the Town has proposed the establishment of Underground Utility District 85 -3, Project No. 320 and has recommended that the boundaries of said District be as described in the notice of hearing attached hereto. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 15th day of July, 1985 at the hour of 8:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Civic Center, 110 East Main Street, Los Gatos, California, is hereby established as the date, time and place of a public hearing by the Town Council to consider the establishment of said Underground Utility District 85 -3, Project No. 320. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Clerk is hereby directed to notify all affected property owners and utilities, at least thirty (30) days in advance of said hearing, by mailing each a "Notice of Hearing" in the same form as that notice annexed hereto.
