PASSENGER AND FREIGHT LOADING ZONE
PLEASANT STREET
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Code, Section 16 -44 "Parking
Reaulation ", the Town Council of Los Gatos does hereby establish the following
traffic regulation:
STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING PROHIBITED
Stopping, standing, or parking of any vehicle is hereby prohibited between nine
a.m. and six p.m. of any day, except holidays, for any purpose other than the
loading or unloading of passengers or materials, along the east side of Pleasant
Street north of East Main Street as shown on Exhibit "A ".
Portions of any resolutions previously adopted that are in conflict therewith
are hereby rescinded.
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services is hereby instructed to
install appropriate signs and /or curb markings giving notice to the public of this
action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on the 6th day of May 1985, by the following
vote:

and Mayor Joanne Benjamin
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Thomas J. Ferrito
