RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR
CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND
FOR TAXICAB DRIVER'S LICENSE
WHEREAS, Chapter 29 of the Town Code provides for issuance of a
certificate of public convenience and necessity and for issuance of
a taxicab driver's license and payment of application fees and annual
renewal fees in connection therewith;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
as follows:
The following fee schedule is established for certificates and
licenses issued pursuant to Los Gatos Town Code Chapter 29:
Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity
Application Fee .............................. $120
Taxicab Driver's License
Application Fee .............................. $ 25
Annual Renewal Fee ........................... $ 10
The following rate schedule shall apply to all holders of certifi-
cates of public convenience and necessity: the rates charged by taxicabs
holding a Town of Los Gatos certificate of public convenience and necessity
shall be substantially the same as those rates charged throughout the
County of Santa Clara.
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED that payment of the above - listed fees
is required for all holders and drivers in addition to payment of the
annual business license fee as provided for each in Chapter 15 of the Los
Gatos Town Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos held on the 6th day of May 1985, by
the following vote:

and Mayor Joanne Benjamin
