A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS
GATOS AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CON-
TRACT WITH THE BAY AREA REGIONAL EARTHQUAKE PREPARED
NESS PROJECT.
RESOLVED, that the Town Manager of the Town of Los Gatos is hereby
authorized to execute a contract with the Bay Area Regional Earthquake Pre-
paredness Project upon hearing of a grant award made to the Town of Los Gatos
in response to RFP No. SSC /OES -1 -85.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos at a
regular meeting held this 15th day of April , 1985,
