RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING
FINAL MAP FOR THE AMENDED TRACT NO. 7476
RESOLVED, that that certain Final Map for the Amended Tract No. 7476 in the
Town of Los Gatos, dated February, 1985, prepared by Kier & Wright, Civil
Engineers & Surveyors, Incorporated, for American Empire, Ltd., Owners of
Record of said subdivision (whose final map was previously approved by the Town
Council of the Town of Los Gatos), recommended for approval by the Town
Engineer of the Town of Los Gatos, is hereby approved, and all offers of land
for public use therein made on said Map are hereby accepted subject to the
conditions contained in Resolution No. 1984 -49, "Resolution Approving Final Map
of Tract No. 7476" and the "Contract for the Improvement of Tract No. 7476"
filed in the Office of the Town Clerk.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos held on 15th day of April 1985 by
the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Terrence J. Daily, Thomas J. Ferrito, Brent
N. Ventura, and Mayor Joanne Benjamin
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS
