PARKING PROHIBITION - UNIVERSITY AVENUE
15 MINUTE TIME LIMIT PARKING - BENTLEY AVENUE
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos, Chapter, Article V, "Stopping,
Standing, and Parking," the Town Council of Los Gatos does hereby establish the
following traffic regulations:
STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING PROHIBITED
Pursuant to Section 16 -44, stopping, standing or parking of any vehicle AT ALL
TIMES is hereby prohibited along the east side of University Avenue north of Bentley
Avenue as shown on Exhibit "A ".
Pursuant to Section 16 -61 (a) (4), stopping standing or parking longer than 15
minutes at any time between 9 a.m, and 6:00 p.m., any day except holidays, is hereby
prohibited along the north side of Bentley .Avenue east of University Avenue as shown
on Exhibit "A
Portions of any resolutions previously adopted that are in conflict therewith
are hereby rescinded.
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services is hereby instructed to
install appropriate signs and /or curb markings giving notice to the public of this
action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on 15th day of April , 1985 by the
following vote:
