A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DEPOSIT OF TOWN FUNDS
IN THE STATE LOCAL AGENCY INVESTMENT FUND
WHEREAS, the Town Treasurer recommends that use of the State Local Agency
Investment Fund for investment purposes may from time to time be
more advantageous to the Town than other investments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town agrees to deposit or with-
draw money in the State Local Agency Investment Fund in the State
Treasury in accordance with the provisions of Section 16249.1 of
the Government Code for the purpose of investment as stated
therein; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Treasurer, or such deputies as he
or she may designate, is authorized to order the deposit or
withdrawal of funds in the State Local Agency Investment Fund.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS at a
regular meeting held this 8th day of April, 1985, by the following vote:
