ONE AND TWO HOUR TIME PARKING LIMIT (EXCEPT BY PERMIT)
ON PORTIONS OF ALMENDRA AVENUE, BACHMAN AVENUE AND NICHOLSON AVENUE
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -45, "Parking
Regulation ", the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby establish the
following traffic regulation:
ONE AND TWO -HOUR PARKING
No person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle, except Sundays and Holidays,
for a period of time longer than one (1) hour on the portions of streets marked
"1 HR" on the attached Exhibit "A" or longer than two (2) hours on the portions
of streets marked "2 HR" on Exhibit "A" and unless a permit is obtained from the
Town Clerk and displayed pursuant to Ordinance 1568.
This resolution supersedes and voids portions of any previously- adopted
resolutions in conflict herewith.
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance is hereby instructed to install
appropriate signs and /or curb markings giving notice to the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos held on 18thday of March , 1985 by the following vote:
