ONE HOUR PARKING - BACHMAN AVENUE
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Town Code, Section 16 -45, "Parking
Regulation ", the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does hereby establish the
following traffic regulation:
ONE HOUR PARKING
No person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle, except Sundays and Holidays,
for a period of time longer than one (1) hour on the south side of Bachman
Avenue from Santa Cruz Avenue to a point 200 feet easterly.
This resolution supersedes and voids portions of any previously- adopted
resolutions in conflict herewith,
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance is hereby instructed to install
appropriate signs and /or curb markings giving notice to the public of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos held on l8thday of March , 1985 by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Eric D. Carlson, Terrence J. Daily, Thomas J.
Ferrito, Brent N. Ventura, and Mayor Joanne Benjamin
