A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF LOS GATOS COMMENDING
JOHN 0. ESTRUTH, JR.
FOR OUTSTANDING SERVICE TO THE TOWN
WHEREAS, JOHN 0. ESTRUTH, JR. served the Town of Los Gatos as Public Works
Supervisor from November 16, 1964, through June of 1969, and as
Public Works Maintenance Superintendent from July 1, 1969, through
March 31, 1985; and
WHEREAS, JOHN has fulfilled the requirements of each of these positions with
skill, efficiency, and innovativeness; and
WHEREAS, this service to the Town and its residents for a period of over
twenty (20) years is culminating in John's retirement on March 31,
1985;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
that JOHN 0. ESTRUTH, JR. be commended for his significant contribu-
tions to the Town and its citizens for over twenty years, and for
his outstanding and selfless service, dedication, and devotion to
those Town residents whom he has served; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town Council extends to John its sincere
hope that his richly deserved retirement from the service of the
Town of Los Gatos is one of deep satisfaction and personal fulfill-
ment.

at a regular meeting held this 4th day of
March , 1985, by the following vote:
