A RESOLUTION COMMENDING
RUSSELL E. LOUTHIAN
WHEREAS, RUSSELL E. LOUTHIAN has served for the Town of Los Gatos as
a commission member of the Town's Community Services Commission since
February 1980; and
WHEREAS, RUSSELL E. LOUTHIAN, during his commission service, served as
Chair of the Commission for two years; participated on several committees
in the areas of Cable Television, Disaster Preparedness, Public Transportation,
and Federal Revenue Sharing; and
WHEREAS, during this period he has unselfishly contributed his time,
energies and capabilities to both the Community Services Commission and the
community; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council feels that such outstanding public service
deserves special recognition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Los Gatos Town Council does
hereby render, with genuine appreciation, its gratitude and commendation to
RUSSELL E. LOUTHIAN for his service to the Town and its citizens as a
commission member since 1980.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA, at a regular meeting held this 7th day of January , 1985,
