A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE
TOWN MANAGER EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT, TO BE
EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1984 TO JUNE 3O, 1985
RESOLVED, that the current Town Manager Employment Agreement signed by the
Town of Los Gatos and Town Manager David R. Mora on January 6, 1581, and later
amended on August 10, 1981, September 8, 1582, and September 19, 1983, is hereby
approved for amendment as indicated in the attached Exhibit "A "; and
BE IT FURThER KESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute said amendments to agreement on behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, California,
at a regular meeting meld this 3rd day of December , 1984, by
the following vote:

AMENDMENT TO
TOWN MANAGER EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT ''Fr'"
This AGREEMENT is entered into this 1;�, day of 1984,
as is effective as of the 1st day of July, 1984, by and between the TOWN OF LOS
GATOS, a municipal corporation ( "TOWN "), and DAVID R. MORA ( "MORA ").
RECITALS:
1. TOWN and MORA executed a Town Manager Employment Agreement on January 6,
1981, and later executed amendments to that Agreement on August 10, 1981,
September 7, 1982, and September 19, 1983.
2. The Town Council of TOWN has completed a performance evaluation of MORA.
AGREEMENT:
In consideration of the foregoing recitals, and of their respective promises
herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. Section C -1 of the Agreement is amended to read that: "The base salary
shall be $60,000.00. Town shall review said salary annually at the time
of adoption of the budget.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement on the date
written above.
