A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A
BIWEEKLY PAYROLL PERIOD
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1628 provides that the Town Council shall establish,
by resolution, payroll periods for the compensation of Town
employees; and
WHEREAS, the Town has negotiated Memoranda of Understanding with its three
regular bargaining units mandating that a biweekly payroll period
be established no later than January 1, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the Town wishes to fulfill its obligation to its employees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that commencing December 1, 1984, compen-
sation for Town employees shall be provided on a biweekly basis.
