A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS
OF THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION
HELD NOVEMBER 6, 1984
WHEREAS, a general municipal election was held in the Town
of Los Gatos on Tuesday, the 6th day of November, 1984, and was
conducted in form and manner as required by the law of the State of
California governing the elections of General Law Cities, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED:
The total number of registered voters was 19,173. The
total number of votes cast was 16,098 including absentee ballots for
two (2) Councilmembers; Town Treasurer and Town Clerk.
That the names of the persons voted for, the offices
for which they were voted, and the number of votes received by each
of said persons in each of said precincts, together with the absentee
votes, together with the whole number of votes which they received in
the entire Town are as follows:

RESOLVED, therefore, that at the said general municipal
election held in the Town of Los Gatos, November 6, 1984, the following
persons were elected to the following offices respectively.
1. Eric D. Carlson and Brent N. Ventura were each
elected a member of the Town Council for the
full term of four years
2. Nogah Bethlahmy was elected Town Treasurer
for the full term of four years.
3. Rose E. Aldag was elected Town Clerk for
the full term of four years.
RESOLVED FURTHER:
That the Clerk shall enter upon the records of this Council
the results of said General Municipal election and shall deliver to
each person elected a Certificate of Election duly signed and authenticated
by her and she shall impose the constitutional oath and have them subscribe
thereon, whereupon, they shall be inducted to the respective offices to
which they have been elected.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
this 3rd day of December, 1984 by the following vote:

Daily, Thomas J. Ferrito, Brent N. Ventura, and
Mayor Joanne Benjamin
