RESOLUTION OF SUPPORT
MIOPENINSULA REGIONAIL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District has submitted an appli-
cation for a grant from the Regional Competitive Program to improve accessibility to
the Kennedy Road area of the Sierra ,Azul Open Space Preserve, and
, MEREAS, the proposed project is located ,within the Town of Los Gatos, and
4THEREAS, the proposed project is consistent with the Town's General Plan and
the Joint Town /County Hillside Specific Plan.
RESOLVED: The Council of the Town of Los Gatos supports the Midpeninsula Re-
gional Open Space District's application for a grant and requests that it be
approved.
