RESOLUTION APPROVING THE QUIT CLAIM DEED
WITH VASONA ASSOCIATES, FARLEY ONE, A CALIFORNIA GENERAL PARTNERSHIP
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, that the Mayor is authorized, and hereby directed to execute
the attached Quit Claim Deed in the name and in behalf of the TOWN OF LOS GATOS.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on 5th day of November 198: by the

hereby quit claims all rights, title and interest in that certain grant deed
executed by Vasona Associates, Farley One, A California General Partnership,
recorded on September 14, 1984 in Book I 874, page 581, Santa Clara County
Records.
