A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING THE
TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE CONSENT TO ASSICNMENT
AND ACCEPTANCE BETWEEN GREYHOUND LINES, INC.,
AND PEERLESS STAGES, INC., RELEASING GREYHCUND
LINES, INC., FROM ALL OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE
LEASE ARISING AFTER APRIL 30, 1985
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos does hereby authorize the Town Manager to execute Consent to
Assignment and Acceptance between Greyhound, Lines, Inc., and Peerless
Stages, Inc., releasing Greyhound Lines, Inc., from all obligations under
the lease arising after April 30, 1985.
PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos held on the 15th day of Octoher , 1984,
by the following vote:
