A RESOLUTION OF THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
FIXING THE TIRE AND PLACE FOR HOLDING REGULAR MEETINGS
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS PARKING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, acting pursuant to the Parking Law of 1949, the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos on Auggust 20, 1984 adopted its Resolution No.
1984 -144 wherein said Council (i) determined and declared that there is a
need for the Parking Authority of the Town of Los Gatos to function in the
town, (ii) declared itself to be said Authority, and (iii) declared that
the Mayor of the Town of Los Gatos shall act as the chairperson and
presiding officer of said Authority and that the Town Clerk and Town
Treasurer, respectively, shall act as Clerk and Treasurer of said
Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following are fixed as the
time and place for all regular meetings of the Authority:
1. Time. The Parking Authority of the Town of Los Gatos shall hold
regular meetings on the first and third Monday of each month at 7:30
o'clock p.m., provided, however, that when the day fixed for any regular
meeting of the Parking Authority falls upon a day designated by law as a
legal or national holiday, such meeting shall be held at the same hour on
the next succeeding day not a holiday.
2. Place. All regular meetings of the Parking Authority shall be
held in the Council Chamber in the Town Hall, 110 East Main Street in the
Town of Los Gatos,
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos held on the lst day of October 1984 by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCILtdEMBERS Joanne Benjamin, Eric D.eCarlson,
Terrence J. Daily, Brent N. Ventura and Mayor
Thomas J. Ferrito
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS None
ABSTAIN: COUNCILMEMBERS
