RESOLUTION NO. 1984 -158
ORDER VACATING A PORTION OF PUBLIC STORM
DRAIN EASEMENT WITHIN TRACT NO. 1625
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos has proceeded under the
provisions of Title 5, Division 1, Part 1, Chapter 2, Article 5 (Sections 8300
through 8325) of the Government Code, concerning the vacation of a portion of a
public storm drain easement within Tract No. 1625 more particularly described in
Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto, and pursuant to such article
has passed its resolution of intention and conducted a noticed hearing, and good
cause appearing therefore:
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, finds from all of the
evidence submitted that that portion of the public storm drain easement described in
Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B" is unnecessary for present or prospective
public use, and hereby makes its order vacating such portion of said easement.
FURTHER RESOLVED, the Town Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this order
attested by her under the seal of the Town to be recorded in the Office of the
County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos held on 4 day of September 1984 by the following
vote:

Description of Excess Portion of a Public Utility Easement
To Be Abandoned by the Town of Los Gatos
Lot 34, Tract #1625 (210 Milbrae Lane)
All that certain property situate in the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, described as follows:
A portion of Lot 34 Tract 1625 recorded in Book 81 of Maps at page 44,
Santa Clara County Records, as corrected by that certain Record of
Survey recorded in Book 82 of Maps at page 37 on August 14, 1957 Santa
Clara County Records, described as following:
Beginning at the most Southerly corner of said Lot 34;
thence Westerly along the Southwesterly line of said lot
North 49 006104" West a distance of 24.09 feet to the true
point of beginning; thence along said line North 49 006104"
West a distance of 6.24 feet; thence along the Northerly
line of that certain public utility easement within Lot 34,
as shown on the hap of Tract 1625 recorded in Book 81 of
Maps at page 44, Santa Clara County Records, as corrected by
that certain Record of Survey recorded in Book 82 of Maps at
page 37 on August 14, 1957 Santa Clara County Records, North
36 006'17" East a distance of 86.76 feet to a point on the
Westerly line of that certain 20 foot public utility
easement centered on the Easterly line of Lot 34 of said Map
of Tract 1625; thence Southerly along said Westerly line
South 57 013108" West a distance of 5.99 feet; thence South
35 057104" West a distance of 87.63 feet to the true point of
beginning.
Containing 0.012 acres, more or less.
