RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FEE FOR INITIAL ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, that the fee schedule
for initial environmental studies be amended to correspond to the contracts that
were executed on June 18, 1984, per Resolution No, 1984 -93. The fee is $400.00.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos held on the 4 day of September , 1984, by
the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Benjamin, Eric D. Carlson, Terrence J.
Daily, Brent N. Ventura, and Mayor Thomas J. Ferrito
