RELEASE OF DOCUMENTS FOR TRACT NO 7425
(LOS GATOS SWIM AND RACQUET CLUB ESTATES)
BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
The TOWN COUNCIL of the TOWN OF LOS GATOS does hereby approve the release
of the following documents provided by the Los Gatos Swim and Racquet Club in
connection with the approval of Tract No. 7425 (Los Gatos Swim and Racquet Club
Estates).
1. Contract for Improvement of Tract No., 7425 dated 4/22/83.
2. Performance and Labor and Material Bonds, in the amounts of $203,250
and $183,250, respectively, underwritten by Developers Insurance Co.
(bond Nos. 50201 and 50201A).
3. Certificate of Insurance dated May 25, 1584, underwritten by Hall and
Rambo, San Jose (Policy No. AGP DO 1279348).
The TOWN CLERK is hereby instructed to notify the developer (Los Gatos Swim
and Racquet Club and the Surety and Insurance companies of this action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos held on 4 - day of September -- - , 1984 by the
