A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO THE
TOWN ATTORNEY EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN
TOWN OF LOS GATOS AND MARY JO LEVINGER
BE IT RESOLVED, and it is hereby resolved by the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the
Town of Los Gatos enter into that Amendment to the Town Attorney Employment
Agreement with MARY JO LEVINGER, a copy of which is attached hereto; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized and is hereby
directed to execute said agreement in the name of and in behalf of the
Town of Los Gatos.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos, California held on the 6 day of August
1984 by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS Joanne Benjamin, Eric D. Carlson,
Terrence J. Daily, Brent N. Ventura, and Mayor
Thomas J. Ferrito

AMENDMENT TO
TOWN ATTORNEY EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
This AGREEMENT is entered into this day of �-fL41 r-- ,
1984, and is effective as of the 1st day of July, 1984, by and iietween TOWN OF
LOS GATOS, a municipal corporation ( "Town ") and MARY JO LEVINGER ( "Levinger "),
RECITALS:
1. Town and Levinger executed a Town Attorney Employment Agreement on
November 29, 1983.
2. The Town Council has completed a performance evaluation of Levinger.
AGREEMENT:
In consideration of the foregoing recitals, and of their respective promises
herein, the parties agree as follows:
1. Section C -1 of the Agreement is amended to read as follows:
"The base salary shall be $52,500 as of April 17, 1984
retroactive to said date, until July 1, 1984. As of July 1,
1984 the base salary shall be $55,125. Town will review said
salary annually at the time of the adoption of the budget."
2, Section C -6 of the Agreement is added to read as follows:
"Levinger may use the cafeteria benefits of the Manage-
ment Compensation Plan, Level 1 for supplemental disability
insurance."
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Amendment to the Town
Attorney Employment Agreement on the date written above.
