PARKING PROHIBITION - BAYVIEW AVENUE
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Los Gatos Code, Chapter 16, Article V, "Stopping,
Standing, and Parking," the Town Council of Los Gatos does hereby establish the
following traffic regulations:
STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING PROHIBITED
Pursuant to Section 16 -44 (2), stopping, standing, or parking of any vehicle AT
ALL TIMES is hereby prohibited along the west side of Bayview Avenue from a point
10` north of the northerly curb line of Pennsylvania to a point 40 feet north as
shown on Exhibit "A ".
Portions of any resolutions previously adopted that are in conflict therewith
are hereby rescinded.
The Director of Parks, Forestry and Maintenance Services is hereby instructed to
install appropriate signs and /or curb markings giving notice to the public of this
action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos held on the 16th day of July 198_, by the following
vote:
